Remote-first from Seville. Hybrid modalities (one day per week or one week per month) and occasional on-site work available under agreed terms. Seville has direct high-speed rail to Madrid (2h 30m), Barcelona, and direct flights to London, Paris, Frankfurt and Amsterdam.

When a project resonates, the numbers find their place: the figure is rarely what decides the conversation.

What is the Gain-Sharing model and how does it differ from the traditional model?

Gain-Sharing is a collaboration model where fees are 100% tied to the client's KPIs: if the client doesn't scale, the provider doesn't get paid either. It differs from the traditional Time & Materials (T&M) model, where the incentive is in billing hours, and from the Hybrid model, where there is a low fixed part plus a success percentage.
